AGM – Thank you

Thank you to those that managed to make the AGM yesterday, I hope you all enjoyed the rest of your weekend, to those that were unable to attend I hope to see you soon.

Please find attached the minutes from the meeting which includes the draw for the 1st round – organising clubs & pools will be sent out in the next couple of weeks.

Please note league fees of £40 per team need to be paid by 28th February, bank details are below, if fees are not received your team/s will not able to participate in the league.

Attached is this years registration form – this needs to be sent back to me no later than 14 days before the start of the 1st round – this is midnight Friday 21st March this year. I have changed the form this year to an excel spreadsheet, all boys can be listed on 1 tab and girls on the other tab, There is a dropdown box to pick the age group. Please fill in a  separate form for each team and remember if you have more than one team in the League, 2 boys, 2 girls from each age group may be nominated as reserves on the enrolment form of the lower team to swim up and down again between higher and lower teams.  No swimmer may swim in more than ONE team in any single round of the competition. Please highlight these swimmers in red on the form.
